Refund Policy

We maintain a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, refunds and exchanges cannot be offered.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns are restricted to defective, damaged, or unused/unopened items meeting these criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Items displaying wear, opened packaging, or altered condition do not qualify for refunds.

PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification. Approved returns generate refunds directed to your original payment method within several business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we will assist you.

RETURN SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact us for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees are non-refundable.
